New Helpdesk & Contact Options
We’ve been having a few issues with our old Helpdesk for a while now, so we’ve just moved our support system to a new platform. We tested several over the last month or so, and this is the one that best fits our set up, so hopefully it will be smoother sailing for everyone from here on.
We have updated the links on all our websites to point to the main Helpdesk / Knowledgebase page, and all the basic functionality is in place.
The main thing to know for now is, you will need to register/login to submit tickets. This is a one-time requirement, and there are Facebook & Google login options on the way, so do that once and you’re good to go.
This is separate from our various websites, so please remember, your logins for our other websites will not work here.
We’ll be fine-tuning this as required once we get a few people through and see how it all works in practice, but so far its looking like a major improvement.

I have been all over the site trying to locate the Members Dashboard…
Even to try to access your Support/Contact… is like trying to find the proverbial needle in the haystack.
There appears to be no direct link… even on the article relating to the same…
