Any time people take the OTO Upgrade or choose to Pay Annually, we use a portion of those funds to lock-in ‘lifetime access’ deals to various sites in our to-upgrade list. We're adding to this all the time as a way of permanently growing our traffic. 

We also activate traffic to your links as soon as you add them, so we are literally delivering our services as soon as you're set up. So providing refunds after the fact would just be giving away free traffic… traffic that our other Members would miss out on and still have to pay for.

So given that the price is very cheap, we deliver the service immediately and we quickly reinvest a big portion of your payment as well, we require all new members to confirm that all purchases are final before they join.
