In some situations, clicking on your banners will take you to the wrong website. 

This is usually due to the host website preventing our application from accurately tracking which banner was shown, so it can't work out where to send the click. Other issues can occur when multiple campaign codes are shown on the same page.

The most common example is Buckets Of Banners. 

If you click on a banner in your BoB dashboard, it will almost always take you to the wrong website. Usually it will revert to one of our fall-back links that we use to ensure the visitor doesn't get a 404 error. 

Please rest assured, that when the BoB exchange codes are shown on other websites, your campaign codes will work just fine. This only affects the codes inside the BoB dashboard.

Ad-Blockers and Security Software can also interfere with the process. 

Some security/privacy configurations can block our application from detecting which banner was shown. We have added some fallback tracking to try and get around this, but it isn't foolproof. If a Banner ID# isn't detected, we can still detect the Campaign, and redirect the visitor to one of your links. 

This obviously isn't ideal, but at least you still get a click… and it should only impact the most security conscious / anti-ad users… who probably won't be clicking on banner ads anyway!
