All we could really check is your account checklist, so if that's complete and you're confident you followed the instructions setting up the 3rd part sites, then you're good to go.

When people do make mistakes it tends to be on the other sites where we don't have access to your account, so we can't offer any feedback.

If you're at all worried, it can't hurt to run through the list, revisit each site, check the links/banners you added, and see if there's any extra advertising you missed. You might also find a few that have accrued credits that you need to assign to ads. Do that and make a note to revisit from time to time  any that are going to need attention.

Beyond that, it's just a matter of feeding traffic into your system until you get enough referrals that this starts to move on it's own.

If things are a bit slow for you, do remember that you need Active Referrals to make this work! 

If you've set it up yourself you'll realise there is real time and effort required, and for better or worse, most people are never going to do the work. That's OK though…we're looking to build you a team of people who are serious and will stick at it to get the job done.

So there's no easy option here except keep promoting until you get those people in place, and then reach out to them and work with them, to help them repeat the process!
