Still Seeing Your Original Banner After You Update It?
If you added the full correct link, including the https:// part, to a banner that is available on the web, then this is a caching issue... your web browser doesn't realise the image has changed and is still showing you the older 'cached' version.
We deliberately set things up this way to keep your banners showing fast, but it can cause a few frustrations when people change their banners.
The simple option is to just check it on a different computer... or your smart phone... after you make your changes, and you'll see that is has updated correctly. If not, submit a ticket with your username and the new banner URL and we'll check it for you.
