I’m stuck! Can you help?

We sure can, but only if you give us useful information to work with.

You need to tell us…

  • Exactly what step you’re up to… be specific please.
  • Confirm that you’ve completed all the steps up to that point.
  • Tell us what you are trying to do…
  • And what’s going wrong… is it an error, a broken link etc?
  • Your operating system (Windows/Apple), Browser and Browser version can also help.

We can fix most problems in a single email if we can re-create what you’re seeing/experiencing.

But if you just tell us you’re stuck, or something isn’t working, or complain it’s all too hard… we’ll probably just ignore you until you try again with the info above!
