EzClix Payment Issues?
We’ve got an important update for anyone who’s had issues with their WarriorPlus subscription. Unfortunately we’ve had a lot of people being blocked as ‘high-risk’, even after making multiple successful payments previously.
The good news is, we now have the option to add ‘trusted/known subscribers‘ to a safelist so they will not be blocked in the future.
So, if you are one of those people who’s payments have failed for no apparent reason, we can finally get this sorted for you. It might take a couple of attempts, but if you’re keen to continue with EzClix, we will get it working.
Step 1. Email Me To Be Added To The Safelist
I’ll have to do this manually, so let me know you’re keen to continue and wait for my response that you’re good to go.
Step 2. Login to Warrior Plus & check the status of your subscription.
Login to your dashboard then click on your username in the top-right corner to show the dropdown menu, and select ‘Your Purchases’.
Look for your EzClix subscription on the next page… click on that. The next page will show your purchase details with a button to Manage Your Subscription.
Step 3. Update Your Payment Details & Reactivate Your Subscription
That should be it! If there is any problem, I’ll be notified and I’ll check the logs and let you know the issue, but hopefully it will be smooth sailing after that.
Alternate Step 3. Create a New Subscription…
If you don’t have the option to reactivate your subscription… if it was cancelled or too much time has passed… just look for the Upgrades Page in the EzClix Member’s Area and create a new subscription there.
