Getting Help With EzSitez Websites

Unfortunately we’ve had to remove our public-facing Quick Contact Forms from all our websites. They are generally available in the Member’s Area of our various sites, but the public-facing forms just attracted too many bot-submissions, and were no longer viable.

So Members have three support options:

  1. You can reach out directly, any time, by responding to any of our notification emails or newsletters
  2. You can use the Quick Contact form in the Member’s Area of the website in question.
  3. Or You can submit a Support Ticket here (after checking the relevant Knowledgebase FAQs!)

We recommend #3 for anything urgent, as well as all technical support issues that might require anything more than a single response. Emails can go astray or get missed from time to time , so a support ticket is the safest option to know your issue is received and will be addressed by the best person, ASAP.

Important Update November 2024: You old EzSitez Helpdesk Login will no longer work!

We’ve recently replaced our Helpdesk/Knowledgebase software. The old application was having more and more issues and support wasn’t keeping up, so we opted to upgrade to a new ticketing system. This one looks much more robust and should be a marked improvement in the service we can offer, but you will need to create an account to submit a support ticket.

Your existing Logins for our other websites WILL NOT WORK HERE!

Your existing EzSitez Helpdesk Login WILL NO LONGER WORK!

Please create a new login for our Support site, keep that safe, and you’ll be ready to go any time you need assistance with any of our websites.
